It is ideal for 100% polyester or high-polyester blends like sportswear and soft signage. Reactive printing prints directly onto natural fibers (cotton, silk, linen, viscose) using reactive inks, requiring steaming and washing post-treatment for permanent color bonding.
For entry-level sampling, 2x EPSON i3200-A1 printheads provide reliable speed. For commercial print shops processing thousands of meters daily, 8-head or 24-head configurations are recommended to achieve production speeds up to 890 m²/h.
