Digital Printers
Solvent, eco-solvent, UV roll-to-roll, UV flatbed, UV hybrid, sublimation and reactive textile printers for signage, décor, laminate, label and packaging output.
Mehta Hitech Industries Limited (formerly Mehta Cad Cam Systems Pvt. Ltd.) designs, manufactures and services capital equipment for material processing. Our portfolio covers fiber laser cutting and welding systems, CO2 laser cutting and engraving machines, CNC routers, flatbed cutting plotters, channel letter benders and wide-format digital printers.
Because we build our own frames, motion assemblies, control packages and software integration, we can adapt bed sizes, laser sources, print-head configurations and automation to the production reality of each buyer — instead of forcing a standard catalogue item onto a non-standard job.
We entered the market in 1989 supplying precision drawing instruments and plotters. Every decade since has added engineering depth: vinyl cutting plotters (1995), CNC engraving (2000), solvent digital printing (2003), metal laser processing (2006), UV flatbed printing (2017), handheld fiber laser welding (2019) and multi-axis CNC (2020).
That progression matters to an overseas buyer for one reason — we have already solved the application problems your production floor is about to meet. Our engineers have installed machines into hot, humid, dusty and power-fluctuating environments and have designed protective specifications accordingly: sealed control cabinets, industrial chillers, stabilised drives and serviceable sub-assemblies.
Today the company operates as a listed entity (CIN U72200GJ2000PLC038163) with formal governance, published investor disclosures and a documented quality system.
Eight equipment families, one engineering standard. Each platform is offered in multiple bed sizes, power ratings and automation levels so the machine matches your throughput — not the other way round.

Solvent, eco-solvent, UV roll-to-roll, UV flatbed, UV hybrid, sublimation and reactive textile printers for signage, décor, laminate, label and packaging output.

Sheet, tube and combination cutting platforms for mild steel, stainless, aluminium, brass and copper — with IoT monitoring and our own controller integration.

Handheld, manual-station, robotic and tube welding systems delivering deep, low-distortion seams with minimal post-processing and reduced consumable spend.

Nesting, engraving and 3D machining centres for wood, MDF, acrylic, composites, aluminium, marble and stone — with ATC, vacuum bed and rotary options.

Glass-tube and metal-tube CO2 systems for acrylic, wood, leather, textile, MDF, rubber, paper and die-board cutting plus high-speed galvo engraving.

Static-belt and conveyor-belt digital knife cutters that replace manual trimming in packaging, corrugation, signage, leather and technical textile workflows.

Automated coil feeding, notching, bending and flanging for aluminium and stainless channel letters — cutting signage fabrication time dramatically.

UV flatbed glass printing, CNC glass cutting, edge processing and mirror laser sandblasting systems for architectural and decorative glass producers.

Fiber and CO2 laser marking for permanent part traceability, plus Nova laser cleaning systems that remove rust, paint and oxide without abrasive media.
Selecting equipment by material and output, not by brochure. Below is how buyers in each vertical typically configure their line.
Solvent and UV printers for flex, vinyl and rigid boards, paired with CNC routers, channel letter benders and knife cutters for complete sign production.
Signage printing machines →Sublimation and direct reactive printers from 1.6 m to 3.2 m with 8–24 head configurations for sampling houses through to continuous mill production.
Textile printing solutions →PRESTO short-run box printers plus conveyor knife cutters and CO2 die-board cutting — digital sampling and short-run packaging without tooling cost.
Packaging machinery →Wide-web solvent and sublimation printing for décor paper and laminate sheets, delivering colour consistency across long production runs.
Laminate industry printers →UV DTF and label inkjet platforms for variable-data, short-run and personalised label production with instant curing and no plate changeovers.
Label printing machines →Fiber laser cutting, handheld and robotic welding, marking and cleaning cells for job shops, structural fabricators and EV battery assembly lines.
Metal processing systems →We ask for your material mix, thickness range, daily output target and utility conditions before quoting — so power, bed size and automation are sized to real duty, avoiding costly over- or under-specification.
Gas and electricity consumption, print-head life, lens and nozzle change intervals and recommended spare kits are shared upfront so total cost of ownership can be modelled before purchase.
Standardised sub-assemblies, globally available laser sources and documented wiring schematics mean local technicians can maintain the machine without waiting for a factory visit.
A listed company with published investor disclosures, ISO 9001:2015 systems, Lean Six Sigma practice and CE-compliant documentation — verifiable credentials for procurement and audit teams.
Business begins as a distributor of Rotring and Staedtler precision drawing instruments and pen-plotter accessories.
Introduced GCC vinyl cutting plotters and the first CO2 laser engravers to the Indian sign-making market.
CNC engraving machines and the first wide-format solvent digital printers added; company incorporated as Mehta Cad Cam Systems.
Entry into metal processing: laser marking, welding and cutting, plus high-speed Spectra printers and flatbed cutting plotters.
First in-house designed fiber laser cutting machine — Gloria 1530, 500 W — marks the shift from distribution to manufacturing.
100,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility established at Kathwada GIDC; UV flatbed and UV roll-to-roll printers launched.
Robotic 3/4-axis laser welding, India's first handheld fiber laser welding gun, IoT-enabled cutting machines and 6 kW installations.
Synrad metal laser-tube repair plant, 5-axis CNC for stone and wood carving, REX flatbed cutting plotter and in-house controller.
High-power 12–40 kW MX platforms, EV battery welding cells, UV DTF printing and an expanding international distributor network.
Mehta equipment operates inside public-sector undertakings, defence research bodies, railway workshops, listed manufacturers, design institutes and thousands of independent job shops.
Mehta machines are already installed across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, South-East Asia and the Americas. We are now appointing additional regional distributors who can represent a full industrial portfolio rather than a single product line.
Uptime, repeat output quality and service response are the measures that matter once a machine is in production.
Buyer guides and application notes written by the engineers who commission these machines.
Why converters are moving from hand trimming to camera-registered oscillating knife cutting: tighter tolerances, faster sampling and far lower dependence on operator skill.
